Access, correction, and deletion

To request access to or deletion of your Lilypad records, use the subject Dog Trainer by Lilypad data request. We may ask you to verify control of the linked account. Do not send your Google password. You can also correct supported facts through the plugin and delete optional files when no saved record references them.

Disconnecting the app in ChatGPT or Codex is separate from deleting stored records. Contact support for a data-deletion request.

Training or health concerns

Product support is not veterinary care. Stop an exercise when the dog is distressed or the situation is unsafe. Seek an appropriate qualified professional for health concerns or risk of injury.
